Discover the sweet citrus flavours of clementine paired with the delicate floral notes of bay leaf, along with a hint of smooth, creamy macadamia nut for an unbelievably light and refreshing taste.

Nestled away in the North Downs lies the village of Kemsing. Steeped in history, Kemsing is notable as the location of the first meeting of the Women’s Institute back in 1915. It is also said that the Anglo-Saxon King Edgar I had his daughter, St. Edith of Wilton, here, and her plaque is emblazoned on the church that bears her name. Local folklore also claims that St. Edith blessed the waters in the village well and gave it healing properties, and as such, has been a place of pilgrimage since medieval times.

Back here in the modern day, we wanted to create a gin with uniquely balanced flavours, purely designed to tantalise your tastebuds. Whatever your occasion; be it relaxing in the sunshine, enjoying the light conversation of good company, or simply losing yourself in your favourite book of an evening – whatever entices you to simply stop and smell the roses – Kemsing gin has been lovingly crafted for those idyllic moments in time. So, sit back, relax and savour every sip – and appreciate the beauty of life.

Let’s enjoy the moment

The Kemsing Sour

Written by Dockers Spirit // July 6, 2020

Having the title the ‘Dockers Spirit Cocktail and Recipe Creator’ does, at times, bring about a certain level of anxiety. Like any modern woman, I like to think I know my gin and I know my cocktails. But drinking cocktails and creating cocktails are not always the same thing! Rest assured, then, that I have […]

World Martini Day – Kemsing Style

Written by Dockers Spirit // June 19, 2020

Have you noticed now that there are ‘days’ for everything? World Cupcake Day, World Sibling Day, World Kiss a Ginger Day (actually, I kinda like that one, being of the ginger persuasion…) but my two favourite days have to be World Gin Day and World Martini Day. And guess what? Today just happens to be […]

Classic Cocktails Part 1: The Kemsing Martini

Written by Dockers Spirit // June 7, 2020

The classic Martini is, in my humble opinion, an incredibly underrated and powerful classic. It is synonymous with elegance and style – James Bond, Marilyn Monroe, Jay Gatsby, Clark Gable, Frank Sinatra; whether fictional or real, Martini drinkers seem to ooze sophistication. And yet, walk into any cocktail bar today, and the likelihood is the […]
